I give up : the idea would certainly do much
to pacify Messrs Saegesser, Kalinowski, et al.,
but there is sufficient resistance (or inertia)
that I do not consider it profitable to pursue
it any further (even though 7-Zip has clearly
done a better job of compressing the ISO than
the tools used to prepare the .ISO.LZMA file).
