[tex-live] broken links added by `svn update'

Sorry, that was my bug (addding links with svn:executable is a *bad*
idea, didn't know that).

How that??? Did you update texmf?? The file
	Master/texmf/scripts/texlive/tlmgr.pl
should be present since long long! First added at r7221 ...

So that should actually work if you use a current svn up-ed texmf tree.
