[tex-live] babel support for vntex

Hi,

since babel is being discussed, I wonder if a line saying

,--------
| \DeclareOption{vietnam}{\input{vietnam.ldf}}
`--------

could be added to babel.sty? I got a bug report about vntex
from a lyx developer, and the bottom line is that if
babel.sty contains the above line, it will fix the problem.
I sent this request to babel maintainer long time ago, but
never got a reply.
