[tex-live] psview (version for windows)

Given the enthusiasm expressed for psview, I decided to give it a
test run. Here are the things I found that could, in my opinion use
some improvement. If this is not the place to discuss them, please
let me know. Some of these things may already be in the pipeline.
Some are not really faults, but just a lack of a feature.

  -- There is no help under the help menu...unless you speak Polish.
  -- The help file comes up sideways and requires the user to rotate it
  -- Should setting either page or window grid turn off the other one?
  -- Similarly, should setting unit grid turn off the fine grid?
  -- A scroll bar would be nice, as would buttons for common things
     like zooming in or out one step, paging forward, .
  -- The options documented in README don't work with the batch file psv.
  -- The documented alternative (calling gswxlua) produces "unknown command"
  -- Page-Down/Up moves to the same position on the next/previous page.
     I would prefer the top of the page.
  -- Under the Options menu, Set media gives only 5 choices, none of
     them usletter.
  -- Under the View menu, the keys listed under Align don't work
     unless NumLock is off. But the "Num 1" key is not really a "1"
     unless NumLock is on.
  -- Many .ps files are really ps.gz files with the .gz omitted in the
     name GSview (usiing a full GS version) accepts these without
     problems. PSview (presumably because it uses a stripped down GS)
     doesn't accept them.
  -- Selecting "Quit" on the File menu prompts with this dialog:
     "LEAVE: save restart?". This is confusing at best. The same is true
     of the Restart menu options.
  -- Selecting Print under the File menu seemed to do absolutely nothing,
     but I noticed a new file named !psv_out.jep was created. Neither I
     nor windows knows what it is.
