[tex-live] Problem with local fonts

Hi,

I cannot get the local fonts right. I run TeXLive 2007 on Vista 32-bit.
I set the local texmf tree manually under C:\TeXLive2007\texmf-local and 
then put the files under:

       
C:\TeXLive2007\texmf-local\fonts\pk\ljfour\kulstijl\dpi300\kulfont1.300pk
       
C:\TeXLive2007\texmf-local\fonts\pk\ljfour\kulstijl\dpi600\kulfont1.600pk
       C:\TeXLive2007\texmf-local\fonts\tfm\kulstijl\kulfont1.tfm

Of course I updated the texmf tree.

Now when I try to build a document with the font, dviout complains with 
the following:

    Abort automatic font generation for this file?
    Retry it for the investigation by executinhg GEN_TMP.BAT?
    Ignore this font?

Of course I retry:

As you can see, the texmf-local subtree is not even considered.
I tried for days to find it but I didn't! I hope someone here knows this 
problem...
