/usr/local/texlive/2008/texmf-dist/doc/latex/multibib/README
/usr/local/texlive/2008/texmf-dist/doc/latex/multibib/bibtexall
/usr/local/texlive/2008/texmf-doc/doc/german/latex-tipps-und-tricks/multibib.sty

So, pdf is not packaged

Also diff shows that multibib.sty from the last line above differs from

/usr/local/texlive/2008/texmf-dist/tex/latex/multibib/multibib.sty

(the "german" is in German and has no version info)
