As I wrote in this thread,

./Build --without-xetex

works fine. So I have re-thought the procedure to install and using
'install-tl' I have choosen to deselect XeTeX: <C> RET <F> RET.

Now building the document fails because it does not find 'ifxetex.sty'.

Bu if I do not want XeTeX?
