[tex-live] request to package sketch among the context packages

    request the latest version of his package be counted among the packages

Regrettably, sketch has never been included in TeX Live, and won't be
in this release, either.

It is nontrivial to include new compiled programs.  For starters, we'd
need a standard configure script and Makefile, to support building
outside the source directory ... if Gene can do that, or if someone else
would like to come forward to help with it, great, it could conceivably
be included in the future.
