[tex-live] tlmgr --help screen mode

Hi,

when calling tlmgr --help, i get here (SVN TL08, debian-lenny AMD64)

hahe at hahepc1:~$ tlmgr --help
"/tmp/CRYhv560UL" may be a binary file.  See it anyway?

and then it shows lots of escape sequences, like

ESC[1mNAMEESC[0m
       tlmgr - the TeX Live Manager

When i pipe the output to a file, i can view it in proper manpage format
not by less, but by less -R. Is there a place in tlmgr, where this -R
could be missing? Or is something weird with my local setup?
