Well, having a directory name end in ".html" /is/
unusual, and will certainly cause mental hiccoughs
for those browsing the directory. I invariable run
Explorer in "details" view : I don't know how well
(or how badly) the differentiation between a
directory "Readme.html" and a file "Index.html"
would appear in other views ...
