Due to my operating system's locale is simplified chinese, so I only and can only tested the the simplified chinese version of Perltk-zh.

I have a look at the above things in windows xp, in fact, this is not the most recent tags for all of these languages. In short, please see the following url:

Furthmore, I don't have the traditional chinese's windows xp, so I don't know the corresponding name and code in the registry for traditional chinese.
I suggest a script should be written to do following things:
1- We firstly predefined all of these tags for all of the languages according to the latest standard, and stored them in a file for the scipt to look up.
2- We name the Perltk-** according to the predefined names in the above step.
3- Judge the locale of the operating system and then map its locale to the appropriate Perltk-**.

I cann't say more than the above. The latest standard and the standard which will come into effect in the future can be used, IMO.
