[tex-live] bug in babel latin.ldf

Hi all!

Ubuntu users reported a bug which is easy to recreate:

\documentclass{article}
\usepackage[latin]{babel}
\begin{document}
\end{document}

stops with 
! Undefined control sequence.
 l.184 \addtoextraslatin
                       {\LatinMarksOff}

I confirmed that on TeX Live 2005 it DID work, while on TeX Live 2007 it
breaks.

Any comments?
