[tex-live] Adding a font map? (I want to install URW Arial font).

Unfortunately, that command only exists for linux, not windows.

Which updmap.cfg do I add it to, the one under texmf or texmf-var?  I assume 
texmf.

What is the command I should use for updmap?  Just updmap, or do I add 
anything else?
