[tex-live] catalogue files seams to be not synchronized with packages

Hi Markus,

    - the copy of The TeX Catalogue at TeX-Live is very old and should IMHO be 
    updated (either to a version that corresponds with the packages of TeX-Live 
    or the the newest version) or removed

There is no practical way to get the Catalogue entries corresponding to
the versions in TL, so (yesterday) I updated
texmf-doc/doc/english/catalogue in TL to what is presently on CTAN.  If
you do another rsync, you should see it.

(Next time I think I will just remove the catalogue package in TL.  I
can't see that it is worth the considerable space and trouble, since it
is out of date instantly, due to CTAN'ers hard work!)

Anyway, thanks for reporting it.  I'm glad we had the chance to update it.
