[tex-live] GFS fonts missing from collections

Karl is faster than light ... these fonts are already included in our
svn repository. I only meant that the
	Package gfsbodoni
etc is not included into one of the collections we ship. Our policy is
that *every* package is included in one collection. 

Anyway, if you don't have to know about these internals, rather boring
;-)

Ok, thanks a lot for that info. So I propose to put all of them into
collections-fontsextra.
