[tex-live] CJK in texlive*.deb packages (Debian testing)

There already exists a new latex-cjk package that is compatible with
both the teTeX and TeX Live packages in Debian. It hasn't been uploaded
yet, though. See als <URL:http://bugs.debian.org/377222>.
