[tex-live] texlive 2005 failed on CJK font finding

i upgraded from 2003 to 2005, but unfortunately found that the CJK
processing no longer works.

when i run dvdipdfm on a CJK dvi file as usual,

$ dvipdfm wudi-res-zh.dvi

got the following error:

Output file removed.

i do have a gbkkaisl42.tfm and kpsewhich can locate it, and i also
have gbkkai.afm and gbkkai.pfb.

it seems the ttf2pk can not find a font map file or the map file is
not correct. what map file it need and where should i put it?  can
anyone show me a clue to check?
