[tex-live] tlrebuild findings ...

HI Karl!

I am starting with tlrebuild -n findings ...

First of all: There is a directory Master/texmf-dist/tex/latex/amslatex
which seems to contain stuff from amsXXX. I svn blame a file and saw
that is what you ;-) Could it be that you called ctan2tl --place with an
MAKEamslatex = MAKEflatten? Also the docs are there, all doubled, as far
as I see.

texmf-dist/bibtex/bib/amslatex/*
texmf-dist/doc/latex/amslatex/*
texmf-dist/source/latex/amslatex/*
texmf-dist/tex/latex/amslatex/*

After this I will go on ...
