[tex-live] Downloading/installing recent TeXLive

Since I am not part of the development community I don't have the knowledge of 
how one gets to a recent version of the next TeXLive now under development.  
Would someoone be kind enough to respond with the address and parameters to 
get a cvs or svn version of TeXLive? My Oct 2005 version is getting a bit 
long in the tooth and I know that Context, pdfetex etc. have had some 
significant improvements. But I don't want to update bits and pieces 
separately if I can avoid that process.
