[tex-live] texmf.cnf pdftex-1.40.0 related lines obsolete

Hi,

for the newest pdftex-1.40.0 (once it's there) please remove the
following 3 lines from texmf.cnf, as these are now obsolete and ignored:

% These are pdftex-specific.
obj_tab_size = 300000    % PDF objects
dest_names_size = 300000 % destinations
