[tex-live] TL and Win32 (2)

I deleted windvi stuff from TL depo as not maintained anymore :(
Though windvi can still work with bitmap (pk) fonts, there's always
problem with cooperation with Ghostscript (type1 fonts, graphics), etc.
I know, that removing windvi can be seen as unfortunate, but it caused
most complaints we have received... Sorry.

Can somebody try to adapt for TL (preconfigure) CTAN//dviware/dviout 
instead? I'm quite sure that it can work with TL.
