[tex-live] Generating tex.fmt

Please never send such large attachments to any mailing lists!
Your mail is approx 1.1 MB large. Try to imagine how many people who are
subscribed to this mailing list and multiply that number by 1.1 MB, then
you have the amount that this lists mail server needs to send out!
That number will easily supersede 1 GB for an average mailing list.

A much better idea is to put your files on some web server, so the
people who actually are interested in the files can have a look at them,
without annoying the rest of the list.
