[tex-live] Problem TeX-Live 2005 (Test Image): WINDVI missing

Dear Sir or Madam,

i've downloaded and installed the preliminary version of the TeX
Live 2005 release from http://tug.org/texlive/Images/test/.

I'm using Windows XP respectively the "win32"-binaries.
Maybe i'm mistaken -- but is it possible that the dvi viewer,
"windvi", ist missing? According to the documentation in
  \texmf-doc\doc\english\texlive-en\live.pdf
it should be still part of TeX Live 2005.
