[tex-live] [RFC] tpm dependency of collection-lang* on collection-latex

Hi all!

One question: For those 
	collection-langXXXXX.tpm
where the language installs hyphenation patterns, I would lile to add a
TPM Dependency onto collection-latex (instead or in addition
tocollection-basic).

Is this ok?

Some langauges already have a collection-latex dep, some not. The langs
under discussion are:
        cjk croatian cyrillic czechslovak danish dutch finnish french
        german greek hungarian italian latin mongolian norwegian other
        polish portuguese spanish swedish ukenglish
