[tex-live] win32 and TL2005

Dear windows TL users,

With a great help from Fabrice (many thanks!) we have a new set of
win32 binaries recompiled with the current kpathsea/web2c and working with
the same .pool files. Only (o)windvi .dvi previewer is missing, but we can
still use ps and pdf way.
I merged those binaries with some usefull programs already available
and things works well even on an old win98 :-)
tlpmgui installer for win32 is more and more robust, and it has now
some functionality of texconfig (always missing for windows).
This installer works only with "inst" CD, however...

As for the installation and maintenance, I think that for win32 we need 
somehow more simple version of texmf.cnf, because all those new
additions like TEXMFSYSVAR or TEXMFSYSCONFIG are hardly applicable
in the windows environment. I'd like to prepare such modified version
and will put it in texmf/web2c/texmf.cnf-4WIN. Tomek Luczak, who is 
working on tlpmgui, is aware of that and he will adapt the installer
in a moment (texmf/web2c/texmf.cnf-4WIN will be copied to 
texmf-var/web2c/texmf.cnf.

Any objections, comments, blessing?...
