[tex-live] mktexlsr and file owner

Hi,

I often do a

  sudo mktexlsr

with the side effect that my ~/texmf/ls-R is now owned by root instead
of my own user.

Is there a reason to not update the user id and group id of the ls-R
files to their original values (when running mktexlsr as root)?

It could be handy outside of the home directories too I guess.

Attached is a patch to show how it could be done.
