[tex-live] Two fixes

The mk4ht script was rather broken (missing "s and , and extra "). It 
would not even perl compile. And this has been so at least since May. I 
fixed it by hand but maybe checking for the latest TeX4ht might be a 
good idea.

altpdftex has been replaced by simpdftex. My own distro has had this 
for a while. simpdftex supports a different calling syntax. That means 
that having all those altpdf* copies becomes unnecessary. They are 
still there for backward compatibility but can (later) be replaced by a 
script returning

	please call "simpdftex format inputfile"

instead. Later these can be removed and the clutter again diminished. I 
am thinking about when to make this change. Is now a good moment? Then 
we can remove the altpdf* copies next year altogether.
