I had an old cont-usr config file in texmf-var.

I have submitted a new context, form 2005-07-27 website.

What I don't know is how do I recreate onetpm only? Can you tell me how
to create e.g.
	texmf-dist/context.tpm

Another thing: Why is there no link from
	cont-en -> pdfetex
in bin/i386-linux (nor in any other bin dir)? ALso no context link.
