[tex-live] cm fonts are a bit messed up

I've committed changes to the
Master/texmf-dist/fonts/map/dvips/cm-super/*.map files which retain only
the *1000 entries, since those are all the cm-super fonts we're
including now.  However, this is for dvips, and your problem was with
pdftex, so I'm a bit confused.

Please try again after the next iso rebuild (hoping for tomorrow) and
we'll see where we are.

In any case, the crucial thing, as I mentioned before, is to use
type1ec.sty.
