Build correct with the fixes from Thomas on i386/linux.

I added a line
aleph           aleph           -       *aleph.ini
to my private fmtutil.cnf and aleph.ini which just \include plain and
\dump.

fmtutil --byfmt aleph
works.

aleph then also works. Nice.
