[tex-live] texexec can't find texexec.pl

Sure, it fails for me, too (if I use TeX Live, not with teTeX). The problem
is that the file has moved from
  context/perltk/texexec.pl
to
  tex/context/perltk/texexec.pl

So, a search with
  -progname=context -format='other text files'
can no longer succeed.

There is nothing mythical about it. Search path and location don't match,
so the search fails.
