[tex-live] What has happened with hyphen.tex ?

Hmm!
texconfig init, mktexfmt etc all stumbles, because hyphen.tex is not
found: (and it is not ls-R, I couldn't find it with "find ..." unix
command)
[~] mktexfmt tex
