[tex-live] TeX Live compiler environments

Is there somewhere that the compilation environment (CC, CFLAGS, LIBS,
LDFLAGS, ...) is recorded for each of the platform builds on the
TeXlive distributions?

I'm trying to reproduce some benchmark data for newly-built TeX
systems on some platforms, and would like to know what I'm comparing
against.
