What bothers me is that we already checked your dll version numbers and
they were correct if I remember. However, given the screen dump you sent
me, this display bug is clearly kind of a 'system' problem. Something
installed on your machine interferes here.

Do you have another computer to install texlive on and see if the
problem is also present ?
