[tex-live] running programs from texlive tlc2

also, when I mentioned 1 hour I counted the time it takes for all _three_ 
runs, not a single run. Assuming each run taking the same amount of time 
it means a single pdfLaTeX run on Hebrew OT takes only about 20 minutes 
(on 600MHz Celeron).
