Martin,

We have all of them (gs8, gv, gsview and xpdf) on CTAN and I planned to have 
all of them on our DVD. 

>From what Karl was saying in a recent post we cannot have AFPL ghostscript on 
DVD because of licencing restrictions.

I had a look at http://www.artifex.com/licensing/index.htm and I have to admit 
I'm not quite sure what to make out of it.
