Can anyone confirm that the bibtex8 binaries from TL7 work when plunked
into the TL2003 tree?

And if so, can someone please make a .zip with all the binaries so we
can link to it?

And finally, who maintains bibtex8?  Can we get the actual problem
fixed, either there or in kpathsea?
