[tex-live] Volunteer.

I tried to install it once ( use Y&Y tex normally) and had trouble. 
Therefore I would very much like to contribute to the best of my ability 
so that a good `How to install'---or whatever you have in mind---could 
be accomplished.

My computer is equipped with Windows (98SE, soon to be XP) and another 
is a Linux, which is not at good health for the moment.
