[tex-live] texlive 8 / win32 status

I have edited the tpm files once again. That should be all for the
moment. 

I have updated my win32 binaries. 

TeXSetup runs ok, well I did one
clean installation of recommended + xemacs on win98. I will add a couple
of options to TeXSetup : register variables in the environment, set
icons for xemacs. 

I need to enhance the xemacs/auctex support.

The texlive.exe application needs to be reworked a little bit because
things have disappeared.

I still need to browse my email for bug reports that have not yet been
fixed (who wants to setup a bugzilla ofr texlive ?).

If people can try texsetup under various windows flavours and condition,
I'm always interested in getting reports. Running an installation is
time consuming, so the more people involved, the better it is.
