[tex-live] eomega binaries

As Fabrice pointed out eomega should be 1.15-2.1-RC1
I recompiled it and checked on sparc64-linux and i386-linux
and submited to p4 depot.
Martin will do that for i386-solaris
Would you please checking it for other platforms?
Kaja, Norbert, Gerben, ...?

BTW I corrected line ends in source/TeX/utils/t1utils/mkinstalldirs
and rebuilt source.tar.bz2
Hope that's really last change to source/
