[tex-live] small english doc updates

Dear translators -- I made a few small changes to
Build/cdbuild/tldocsource/english/live.tex to reflect some of the recent
changes (latin modern, bin links, demo dist inclusions). Also
incorporated some changes from Gerben in the MacOSX section (thanks, Gerben).
I regenerated the html and pdf files, they're available in
http://tug.org/~karl/tldoc/. Any corrections/suggestions are welcome,
of course.
Here are the diffs from the previous version, in case they help.
