[tex-live] dvips -Ppk

Hello,

I have tried the TeX Live image of 2002/05/20.
Version of dvips: 5.86g

Positiv is that now the PostScript fonts are
used with dvips. Then I wanted to test the
automatically pk font generation and used:
  dvips -Ppk -otest.ps test
But here the PostScript font versions of
cm and cm-super are included.
  config.pk: "p psfonts_pk.map" without "+"
  psfonts_pk.map does not include
    the PostScript fonts of cm or cm-super.
What happens? How to get the pk versions of
the fonts?
