[tex-live] May 15th image

Now building. It contains the new release of ConTeXt,
so anyone who uses ConTeXt is urged to test it and report
any problems immediately.

The handling of map files, discussed on the pdftex
list recently, will change at some point to conform with teTeX,
but it should broadly work as set up now.

I am off for 24 hours, so don't ask me to make any last minute fixes!

another, final, release on Sunday, I hope.
