[tex-live] euro-mess

We have some mess with euro* packages. It seems that `europs' and
`eurosans' are already contained in `eurofont', but when installing
all, we'll have, e.g.,
texmf/tex/latex/europs/europs.sty + some .fd files
texmf/tex/latex/eurosans/eurosans.sty (alone)
texmf/tex/latex/eurofont/  the *same* .sty, .fd files as above + some more.

Moreover, texmf/dvips/config/psfonts.map is broken:

vect10 TeX-vect10 <vect10.pfbzpeurs   EuroSans-Regular     <zpeurs.pfb
vect5 TeX-vect5 <vect5.pfb
vect6 TeX-vect6 <vect6.pfb
vect7 TeX-vect7 <vect7.pfb
vect8 TeX-vect8 <vect8.pfb
vect9 TeX-vect9 <vect9.pfb

(some lines ending with CRLF)
