sourceforge is in the US, ffii.org (which I use) is in Germany.  Since
I have a bad internet connection I would prefer to use ffii.org in the
future also.

ttfdump?  No.  ttf2pk?  I don't know exactly what texk wants to cover.

I intentionally said `map' since I don't want to use sourceforge.
Maybe some guys from sourceforge or from the cvs development team can
help here.  The idea is something like this:

On sourceforge, you say:

  cvs checkout texk

Within `texk', there is a module `ttf2pk' which is not located on
sourceforge but on a different host, and during checkout the cvs
program extracts the right files.  The `cvs update' command is already
able to update files coming from different hosts, but I don't know how
to store that information properly in a CVS repository.
