Yes, you can get a copy of TeXlive4 CD in Denmark; Arne Jørgensen from 
DK-TUG has still a few CDs left. Please contact him at arne@daimi.au.dk
for details. 

Of course, if you become a member of DK-TUG (http://www.sunsite.auc.dk/dk-tug),
you will be entitled to a free copy of the CD :-)
