I have updated the material on sun2.dante.de, and am building a
current CD image. This setup is now stable, and I would like to ask
people who are willling to examine parts of the tree to step forward
and let us know their plans. Obviously, we do not want 3 people
updating the same thing, or we will all go mad!

If you have a particular area of expertise and/or interest, I urge you
most strongly to look at the files on sun2.dante.de
(http://texlive.dante.de) and check that stuff is up to date. While I
monitor CTAN changes fairly efficiently, and keep most packages up to
date, I may well miss changes. And, of course, packages which have not 
changed for some years may have been wrong in the first place.

Anyone willing to grab /texlive/Build/source on a regular basis, and
compile it on architectures other than Intel Linux 2 and OSF 4.0
(which I can do), please speak up!
