TeX Live 4

Dear Sebastian Rahtz:

Thank you for your Email. I am the Chair of Physical Resources Committtee
of the Department and would like to introduce Tex Live 4 to the members of
the Department. Although I am not objecting the idea of becoming a member,
I am thinking of the possibility that someone else may be the Chair in the
future and hence the membership for the Department is more relevant. 

Please advise how to proceed.
